More about Us
We founded Fenek Studio in 2014 as a small design studio and porcelain workshop.
We wanted to create a workshop where we could experiment and realize our own projects. We are currently hiring employees. We produce both individual pieces and series.
Production
Materials
We create all our products from porcelain slip mass produced in Poland
or from stoneware mass according to our own recipe.
The vessels are cast in molds and decorated with mineral pigments and/or glazes. Some of them we shape partially or entirely by hand.
Usage
Product Description
We strive to make product photos, descriptions and details on the website as accurate as possible, however there may be slight differences in color and texture.
Each item is handmade, so our products differ slightly from one another. Please also note that all dimensions are approximate.
Where to Buy
Delivery
We ship items from stock within 3-5 business days from purchase confirmation.
We will notify you if shipping is not possible within this timeframe.
We ship our products by courier service (shipping cost 15 PLN).
We try to pack the vessels with minimal environmental impact, so we often fill them with previously used materials.

Returns and Exchanges
In accordance with the Act of March 2, 2000 „On the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product" (Journal of Laws No. 22, item 271 of 2000, as amended), the Buyer may, within 14 days from the date of receiving the shipment, withdraw from the purchase (withdraw from the purchase agreement without giving a reason) of goods purchased in the online store.
If you are in any way dissatisfied with the purchased products, you can send them back to us at your own cost, without giving a reason, for exchange or full refund

The goods must be unused and returned within 14 days of receiving the shipment. The amount will be refunded to the provided bank account (order amount minus shipping cost) after we receive the return shipment.
Unfortunately, we cannot exchange or accept returns of used or damaged products. Please remember that we are not responsible for the condition of the product during return shipping. When returning goods, you must keep proof of shipment.
